SUBJECT: Information pursuant to art. 12 and 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data.

In accordance with the EU Regulation in the subject, “LA FONDERIA” Eredi di Luigi Carrara S.r.l. communicates that:

1. Holder and manager of the processing

2. Purpose and method of treatment
The personal data collected are processed for the following purposes:
a) commercial offer or request for quotation, order confirmation, order fulfillment, delivery, invoicing, collection or payment, assignment of credit and recognition of the degree of customer satisfaction on quality services (telephone contact or by e-mail);
b) delivery of the "company presentation" brochure, newsletter, commercial communications and / or material advertising for products or services offered by the Data Controller (telephone contacts, e-mail, post, sms);

The processing of collected data is based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of privacy and rights of the data and takes place using non-automated methods, on paper and electronic media.

3. Legal basis of the processing
The provision of personal data, in accordance with the purposes referred to in paragraph 2 a), is mandatory due:

• to comply with legal obligations, tax obligations, regulations and current Community legislation;
• to manage the relationships between each phase (presentation, offer, order, invoicing, collection, etc.).

Failure to provide your data or failure to authorize their treatment does not allow the operations described above to be carried out.

The consent to the processing of data for the purposes referred to in point b) is optional and can therefore be revoked freely and at any time.

4. Data communication
The data will be processed exclusively by “LA FONDERIA” Eredi di Luigi Carrara S.r.l. and by companies expressly appointed as data processors. Personal data processed will not be disseminated, but communicated to well-defined subjects. On the basis of the roles and tasks performed, internal and external personnel are entitled to treatment within the limits of their powers and in accordance with the instructions given to them by the Owner. The same data may be communicated to the parties entitled to access it under the provisions of the law, regulations and regulations, companies, banks and credit institutions, law firms, insurance companies, computer equipment maintenance companies, mail delivery companies, professional firms / companies providing services accounting, tax, tributaries, self-employed / casual workers, agents. Apart from these aforementioned hypotheses, the data will not be disclosed to third parties or disseminated, except in cases specifically provided for by national or EU law.

5. Data retention period
Personal data will be stored by the Data Controller for a period of 10 years from the expiration of the last performance performed (variable in the case of particular EU regulations and directives that require a further retention period), in order to fulfill the legal and regulatory obligations envisaged; while the Data acquired for the purposes of marketing and business presentation will be retained until revocation of your consent.

6. Rights of the interested party
Pursuant to articles 15-21 of the General Regulation on Data Protection, the rights of access, rectification or cancellation (so-called "right to be forgotten") may be exercised at any time in order to limit the processing by sending a request to the address of the DPO: administration@lafonderia.it

7. Complaint
Pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 2, letter d) of Regulation 2016/679, by recurring the conditions, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as the supervisory authority, according to the procedures established.
