The production process
The company is able to produce jets in various bronze alloys, all strictly certified.
The bronze is worked in crucible furnaces; the use of appropriate scorifiers allows for the optimal processing of the alloy.
All parameters related to the production phases are filed through a precise control protocol from the first sampling, in order to ensure the high quality standards required by our customers.
The bronze foundry works constantly at the side of the customer, promptly reporting any interventions or modifications of the equipment, which can allow for an increase of the qualitative standard and/or a reduction of the production costs.
The foundry uses gravity casting machines for gravity casting: its production process involves the manual intervention of our experts due to the maintenance of the high quality levels demanded.
