The production process
The production process of the aluminum smelter begins with the purchase of the raw material: aluminum with both primary and secondary certificate. We also treat different aluminum typologies for surface tempering and anodizing working upon customer’s request. The loaves are cast in melting furnaces (crucible o “baccino”) with methane supply. The bathroom is slagged with the aid of appropriate products. The temperature of the bath is monitored and maintained stable by using probes.
The final products are jets of various sizes and intended for different types of application.
